  • Automate the service (via bots or scrapers) without express written consent from Ardemy.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Output

Software & Platform: The software, design, and "Ardemy" brand are owned by Ardemy, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

User Content & Output: You retain ownership of any data you input into the service. As between you and Ardemy, you own the outputs generated by the AI based on your inputs. You are responsible for the content of your outputs and their use.

3. AI Accuracy & Disclaimer

Ardemy utilizes large language models and generative AI. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Ardemy does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI suite. You should independently verify any AI output before relying on it for business, legal, or financial purposes.

4. Liability

Ardemy is provided on an 'as is' basis. In no event shall Ardemy or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform's integrity.

6. Governing Law
